What are the differences between LED displays and projectors?

2. Resolution and Size

Both LED displays and projectors come in various resolutions, including high definition (HD), full high definition (FHD), and ultra-high definition (UHD), with UHD being the highest resolution available. A high contrast ratio results in better image quality and more vivid colors. LED displays can achieve high contrast ratios because each LED light can produce a range of colors based on its brightness, and be capable of going completely black. Projectors, on the other hand, require an external contrast screen to improve contrast ratios.

4. Viewing Angle

LED displays have a wider viewing angle than projectors, making them suitable for larger audiences. Even if you are sitting off to the side, you will still be able to see the display quality. Projectors have a more limited viewing angle and are best suited for a smaller, more tightly packed audience.

5. Image Quality

LED displays typically offer better image quality than projectors. High quality LED displays have a high resolution, allowing for sharp, clear images and smooth videos. Projectors are limited in the quality they can achieve, and their image quality is affected by the projection distance, lighting environment, and the projection surface.
